Haripriya Divine Craft offers handcrafted products including Kanha Ji dresses, Laddu Gopal dresses, shringar, singhasan, jhoola, and other devotional and festive products.

As our products are handmade, there may be small variations in colour, design, size, or finishing. These variations are a natural part of handmade craftsmanship and do not mean the product is defective.

Handmade Products

Our products are carefully handcrafted with attention to detail and quality. Since every product is made by hand, the final product may have slight differences from product images shown on the website.

We always try to represent our products as accurately as possible through images and descriptions.

Orders

Please check your product details, size, colour, and other requirements carefully before placing an order.

Once an order is confirmed, changes may not be possible if the product has already entered the making or processing stage.

Customized Orders

Customized products are made according to the customer's requirements.

Once a customized order has been confirmed and production has started, it cannot be cancelled, returned, or exchanged.

Please make sure that all customization details are correct before confirming your order.

Payments

All orders must be paid for according to the payment options available on our website.

An order will be processed only after successful payment confirmation.

Delivery

Normal orders are generally delivered within 7 days, depending on the product and delivery location.

Customized orders generally require 10–12 days because they are specially prepared according to the customer's requirements.

Delivery times may vary due to holidays, courier delays, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Returns & Refunds

We do not accept returns or refunds for our products.

If a product arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible. Eligible damaged products will be reviewed and, where applicable, repaired within 1 week.
